By accessing or purchasing from Solar Future ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or place an order.
Orders & pricing
Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues, in which case we'll refund any payment already taken.
Shipping
Orders ship from our supplier network, which may include international fulfillment. Estimated shipping and delivery windows shown at checkout and on our FAQ page are estimates, not guarantees — delays can happen once a package leaves our hands.
Returns & warranty
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Every item also carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, covering repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. This doesn't cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, improper setup, or unauthorized modification. See our FAQ page for the full details.
Account & conduct
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the shipping and contact details you provide. Don't use the site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.
Limitation of liability
Our products involve electrical equipment — follow the included safety guidance and our Installation Guide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solar Future isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of a product, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
